← Back to feedIn this world where appearances, deceit and performances can easily feel omnipresent - and some might even argue essential -, one of the most important things for me is to still treat one another as human. Seeing you for who you are and providing the space for you to be you freely. Acting with benevolence, compassion and non-judgment.
Perhaps that makes me (seem?) naïve but I genuinely believe that within the container companionship provides, we can (not should nor necessarily will) be the most human. Shed of all expectations, pretences and behaviours that the world might draw from us to survive in it.
That's not to say that I don't live in reality and think everyone is coming from the same place or looking for this (on the contrary: for some, being someone completely different is what is needed - and that is no less valid!). But for those who do? Oh boy, do we have the opportunity of a lifetime!
